This policy explains what we collect when a business starts a project with KPT Designs, how we use that information to build and host customer sites, and how to request changes or deletion.

Information We Collect
We collect the business information you submit at intake, including your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, website or social URLs, customer notes, and uploaded media such as logos, photos, menus, flyers, or other source files.
How We Use It
We use intake data to research the business, assemble brand and content findings, generate a draft website, publish previews, provide support, process payments, and communicate about the project. We do not sell intake data.
Storage and Security
Project data, generated artifacts, and uploaded media are stored on Linode infrastructure and related application systems used to operate KPT Designs. Access is limited to the systems and operators required to deliver the service.
Third-Party Processors
Depending on the project flow, we may use Google, Meta, Apify, Stripe, and Clerk to process intake, authentication, payments, business-profile research, or connected social and map data. Those providers process data under their own terms and policies.
Your Choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of intake and project data by emailing hello@kptdesigns.com. If the request concerns Meta-connected project data, you can also use our data deletion instructions.
