Pipeline side
Eight phases, gated
Intake → Discovery → Curation → Theme → Synth → Preview Hold → Compose → Live. Every phase emits events. Every event is auditable. The pipeline is a contract, not a black box — you can watch it work, live, on the JARVIS console.
§ 03 · Design lineage
Three decisions that set the tone.
Cormorant Garamond, italic
Open-source Claude-Garamond descendant with the most beautiful italic in a free typeface. Display weight 300, italic, tight letter-spacing — the same family the home page uses. The only display face we own across the brand.
The K · P · T tricolor
Terracotta for the K (warmth, earth, the design surface). Fern for the P (process, the pipeline, growth). Cornflower for the T (truth, technology, the human touch). Every headline cycles through all three. The logo encodes the same.
A real pipeline, on purpose
Eight phases — Intake, Discovery, Curation, Theme, Synth, Preview Hold, Compose, Live. Each is a contract gate. We refused the shortcut of a single-template renderer with CSS variants because shortcuts break trust the moment a customer asks a hard question.
