Data Deletion Instructions
To request deletion of business intake data associated with KPT Designs, email us and identify the business clearly so we can locate the correct record.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to hello@kptdesigns.com with the business name used during intake and, if available, the contact email or social account connected to the submission.
What We Delete
Upon a verified request, we delete stored intake data, uploaded media, generated artifacts, and related customer-site draft materials associated with that business, subject to any legal or accounting retention obligations.
Response
If we need clarification, we will reply to confirm the scope of the request before deleting the records. Once completed, we will confirm that the deletion has been carried out.
